90 teas, nitro coffee and cocktails after dark on Stari trg

The tea list is the draw here: around 90 varieties, poured in a room done in soft pale tones instead of the exposed brick every other new Ljubljana cafe seems to default to. Espresso and nitro coffee round out the daytime menu.

Matcha and slow-brew filter coffee have built a following of their own. Arhetip stays open into the evening for cocktails, which keeps it a locals' spot on a street otherwise thick with tourist cafes.

Calm and rejuvinating, by far the best coffee spot in Ljubljana. We tried the nitro teas and were blown away! 🍵☕ Delicious cakes and just the perfect place to escape the busy street. Definitely worth a visit!

Stopped by for coffee and a cozy place to read. Had an oat milk latte, iced lavender matcha and nitro cold brew. Alternative milks include oat and coconut. They have a vegan chocolate cake however I did not try it. Great spot to sit and read!

Such a beautiful coffee shop with a very unique concept. The drinks are not ordinary at all, they are creative, special, and you can feel that a lot of effort went into perfecting the recipes. Everything tasted amazing and was definitely worth trying. The service was also wonderful. The owner was personally serving us and took the time to explain the drinks and the story behind them in detail. She was super friendly, kind, and welcoming. A truly lovely experience and definitely a place worth visiting again!
