Huge bakery cafe with a garden and dog-friendly patio

COTE is the kind of scale Cheomdan hasn't seen from a cafe before. Think a full bakery counter, specialty coffee, a garden out front and parking for more than fifty cars. It opens at 8am, early enough to grab breakfast before the tech park crowd clocks in.

The outdoor seating takes dogs, which matters here since most of the older cafes nearby don't. It barely shows up on Naver Maps, so Instagram reels are how people are actually finding it.
