Ichinisando does one thing: fruit sando, the Japanese cream-and-fruit sandwich, cut to order twice a day at set opening times rather than sold all day. Strawberry and mango sell out first, sometimes within the same seating.

It opened in 2025 and by that same autumn was already the queue to beat on a street that has plenty of them. Show up close to the posted opening time or the day's batch is gone before the afternoon crowd arrives.
