One baker, one oven, by Hwabuk's harbor

The baguette and the aged-cheese baguette are why people cross town for Sebbangs. Both bake in small batches and often sell out before closing, so don't show up late expecting a full shelf.

One baker runs the whole operation, no staff, no chain backing it. She moved to Jeju with no prior ties to the island just to open this shop, starting as a cart before settling into the current storefront near the fishing harbor. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays, parking is a few spots by the building plus the harbor lot.
