Modern Mexican on the rooftop opposite O Beach

Cielito opened in 2025 on the rooftop of the newly built Bonito Ibiza Hotel in Sant Antoni, directly opposite O Beach. The kitchen reinterprets Mexican staples, cochinita pibil tacos, tomahawk steaks, fresh ceviche, with fine-dining technique.

A sunset cocktail list runs alongside the food, timed for the view the rooftop was clearly built around.

The food was great, views were scenic, host was fantastic and the vibes were chilled! Luca in particular made it extra special for us, he was our waiter. Very accommodating and helpful. Supported me with climbing the stairs and bringing my scooter into the venue as I’m currently injured. The tomahawk steak was recommended by him and it was fantastic. I forgot to inform him that I didn’t like cheese and he went out of his way to ensure I got a new dish without any charge. He built great rapport with us and was a great waiter. Would 100% recommend.
