I spent two hours in the store finding an incredible American Vintage lilac and lavender set that the saleswoman recommended. I was on the phone with my mother, who lives in France, until 8 p.m., just as they were closing the store at 8 p.m., and the saleswoman didn't interrupt my call at all. On the contrary, she let me take my time. I didn't realize they were closing; otherwise, I would have left early. I am delighted with the service she provided. She was incredibly helpful and offered excellent advice for my lavender set. I am extremely touched by her professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much, and I apologize for leaving late. It's rare these days to find such warm and professional people who listen to their customers and know how to recommend and advise based on each customer's personality. I am thrilled. Honestly, I've lived in Lille for three years, and I've never found a sales assistant as wonderful as this one. Thank you for your time; your company is so lucky to have you. Such a lovely team. Having spent most of my life in London and Singapore where there are tens of these shops on every street, it was such a treat to see this addition to the area. Great service when I bought my Husband some trainers today. They even gave me some free perfume samples - cute!
