Pfau Bar opened on Baselstrasse on November 28, 2025, inside the room that ran as punk, rock, and metal venue Bruch Brothers until it shut in mid-June. Osman Hofer and Nesin Keskin renovated the space and now run it as a collective, with staff wages set by plenum vote rather than management.

The switch from a genre-specific rock club to a worker-run bar changes the character of the address, though the room keeps its role as a neighborhood nightlife spot.

  Great atmosphere, the staff are very attentive. A few games are available, which is a nice touch.
