Coco Cafe opened on Uzunguni Street on 17 July 2026, serving food, drinks, cakes, and pastries in a small, brightly finished room. It's one of the newest additions to a strip that's fast becoming Dodoma's busiest run of food and drink spots.

Locals are already pointing to the batter-fried fish and the cake counter. It sits within walking distance of several other recent openings on Uzunguni.

Great place for a nice bbq chicken and chips, and wonderful samosa, cakes, and the best coffee. Great espresso drinks. This place is very clean and great for international travellers. We were looking for a place with good food that was clean in dodoma and we really liked coco cafe - so much that we came back the next day!
