Fallen Fruit keeps things simple: good beans, careful brewing, a stripped-back room in central Chiang Rai. No syrups, no gimmicks, just coffee treated like the main event.

The province grows a big share of Thailand's coffee, and this bar is part of the small third-wave scene built to show it off. The beans come from the highlands right outside town.
