Seaside fish tables with your feet almost in the sea

Mimoza is one of the seafront fish restaurants that put Gümüşlük on the map, tables set right at the water in the laid-back fishing village west of Bodrum. The Michelin Guide has taken notice, but the draw hasn't changed: fresh Aegean fish and mezes eaten with your feet nearly in the shallows.

Gümüşlük stays quieter and more bohemian than Yalıkavak, and Mimoza leans into that. Go at sunset and let the day's catch decide the order.
