Hilltop tea garden with the city at your feet

Up on Boztepe, the hill above Trabzon, this is where locals go for a glass of çay and a view that drops straight down to the Black Sea. Sunset is the move here, when the whole city turns gold below you.

The menu stays simple: tea, Turkish coffee, a few snacks. Nobody comes for the food. They come to sit, look out, and let the view do the talking.
