De City Lounge

Mbarara Opened Opening date unknown

Bar, restaurant and cafe under one roof on Kakoba Road.

De City Lounge combines a bar, restaurant and cafe under one roof on Kakoba Road, past the Tatitwe area. Local event listings mention it regularly for live music nights.

It keeps a lower profile than some of its Kakoba Road neighbours. No strong social media presence of its own. Local nightlife listing sites still track it consistently, though there's no reliable record of when it first opened.

Good to know

• It's on Kakoba Road, past the Tatitwe area, if you're driving in.
• Check listings sites for its event calendar; there is no dedicated venue page to follow.
