A cezve champion's coffee shop, with a Zaporizhzhia soul

The espresso is good, but the real reason to go is Inii, a Zaporizhzhia sponge cake layered with buttercream and boiled condensed milk. Object is run by Oleksiy Yurkevskyi, Ukraine's cezve-brewing champion, who wanted to bring his hometown's flavor to Kyiv.

The coffee comes from Dnipro roaster Funt Coffee, and the room, designed by Studio Key Design, sits near the Ukraina Palace.

They confused the coffee service. They asked twice if we would be here or with us, they said that we would be here. And in the end they served coffee in paper cups. The coffee itself is delicious

Cool new place. Only removed one star because we heard quite a lot of russian from the staff while we were there.
