A Bosch triptych, poured into cocktails
Order by the afterlife you want. Nazar Makarov, a 2018 World Class Ukraine winner, splits the cocktail list into Paradise, Earth and Hell, each riffing on Hieronymus Bosch and priced flat within its section. Chef Daniil Kleino runs classic European plates alongside finger food built for sharing over drinks.
The room backs up the theme: natural stone, wood and brass under a ceiling fresco nodding to Bosch's triptych. It's on the second floor of the Premier Palace Hotel.
