Live-fire small plates and wine at Creek Harbour

Fuoco means fire in Italian, and that's the whole kitchen: everything comes off live flame, plated as European small plates built for sharing. There's no cocktail list here, just a bottle list chosen to match the smoke.

It landed early in Dubai Creek Harbour's push to become a dining destination, staking out the wine-and-fire lane before Kiyoshi and Sa'Cha by Pang moved in nearby.
