Himitsu

Dubai Opened September 2024

The secret bar Downtown Dubai actually kept quiet

Find the entrance first. Himitsu, Japanese for "secret," hides behind minimal signage in Downtown Dubai, and the door alone filters out the crowd that wants a scene.

Inside, the drinks lean hard on Japanese technique. It's outlasted several cocktail bars that opened after it in the same neighbourhood, and still reads like Downtown's steadiest speakeasy.
