Skip the mezze cliché. LOOP builds its menu around whatever produce looks best that week, plated for the table rather than the individual, in a Business Bay scene that's grown up fast around Bay Square and the Marasi waterfront.

It's a newer name here, but the format rewards a group order: more small plates, more tasting, less committing to one dish.
