Coffee by day, cocktails by night, Japanese-inspired both times
Same room, two personalities. Mornings mean a coffee counter running from 7 AM, and by evening it flips into a cocktail bar with Japanese-inspired drinks, no jarring changeover between the two.
It's family-owned and sits right on Lancaster's Historic Town Square, a small city south of Dallas that rarely gets food press attention. Worth the drive south just because places like this don't usually land outside Dallas proper.
