Skip the hotel guest list. Curado is the cheese and charcuterie counter on Casachica's ground floor, and it's built for locals as much as anyone staying upstairs. More than seventy artisanal Uruguayan cheeses and cured meats fill the counter, alongside a small-production wine list.

Build a picada with whatever looks good that day and take it to the terrace out front. Open Thursday to Monday, 11am to 7pm, and Wednesday afternoons, closed Tuesdays.
