Wine bar, shop and restaurant, all under one roof in Salto

Three rooms, one building near Plaza de los Recuerdos: a tasting counter, a wine shop stocked with bottles from around Uruguay, and a small restaurant. Weekly tastings rotate through different regions, so the pours change even if you go often.

Weekdays keep it simple with a set lunch menu, the viandas. The wine shop runs Tuesday to Saturday, and the restaurant side takes over Thursday through Saturday into the early hours.
