Skip the restaurant cluster by the market and Kumul Highway. Cafe Waves sits further north in Tebakor, on the quieter stretch of waterfront, with ocean views that outclass the price tag.

Breakfast and lunch are simple, buffet included, honest portions rather than anything fancy. It works best as a stop before a tour or on the way to the market by local bus, not as a destination on its own.

I like this place very much. Friendly staff. The food is very tasty. You can come for breakfast or lunch. A lot of smoothies and coffees. They have many delicious dishes to try. I highly recommend it!

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and service was always quick. The staff make an obvious effort to keep the café clean and I suspect that food hygiene is at a good standard. Would definitely recommend stopping here for a meal or drink if you're nearby!
