Riverside coffee bar that roasts its own beans

Trình sits on Bạch Đằng, the strip along the Hàn River with a straight shot of the Dragon Bridge. The pull is specialty coffee roasted in house: beans hit the roaster Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and you can get anything ground fresh or bagged to go.

There's a short brunch and bakery menu too, and the doors never close. In a city that starts drinking coffee before six and doesn't stop past midnight, staying open around the clock makes more sense than it sounds. It's one of the newest additions to a stretch of Bạch Đằng now packed with cafés since the promenade got rebuilt.

Good to know

• Roasting days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, come then if you want beans still warm.
