Ocean Lounge is the easy option at FTE Hạ Long Hotel in central Bãi Cháy, next door to the hotel's grander restaurant, Celestial Bay. It's built for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap, not a full night out.
Hotel guests use it as a stop before heading down to the walking street a few minutes away. Low-key, unfussy, and close to everything.
