Four Six Four opened on the fourth floor of the Carrey Hotel on Parliament Road in December 2025. The name comes straight from the hotel's street address.

A partnership with Amarula anchored some of the early events. The buffet lunch draws nearly as much attention as the evening cocktail crowd. Open daily, 9am to 11pm.

The atmosphere was great with nice views. The service at first was poor. Took some time before getting served despite the place only being quarter full. The food was served cold.

Crowded Saturday, almost every outdoor seat was taken. Started off with meals indoors then finished off with the drinks outside once a table was available. Beautiful place. Lovely view and lovely decor especially inside! Music levels were decent enough for conversations, though it did get rowdy after 8PM. The service was good, thanks to our waiter Robert. He was lovely and helpful enough. The food was alright. I did enjoy the oxtail, not as soft as I would have preferred but flavorful. My date had beef pilau which was just okay, nothing special. The drinks were perfect! Right amount of everything, not too sweet either. Hopeful that it'll be better as time goes by and maybe their traditional food buffet will be a better experience.

Rooftop Bar 464, Lusaka was an absolute delight! The atmosphere, stunning views, delicious food, and great drinks made for a perfect evening. The service was excellent, and the vibe was relaxed yet lively. Whether you’re looking to unwind, enjoy good company, or take in the beautiful city views, this place is a must-visit. One of my favorite spots in Lusaka and definitely worth a 5-star rating.
