Downtown Annaba has no shortage of jewelry counters, most of them decades-old family businesses along Rue des Bijoux. Brillance D'Orient stands out by contrast, a boutique built around handpicked design rather than gold sold by weight.

Jewelry sits alongside home and lifestyle pieces here, aimed at gift and occasion shoppers rather than one product category. It opened across from the main post office on Cours de la Révolution in June 2026.
