A rooftop and lamb chops, not the plastic-chair look.

Le 07 built VIP rooftop seating that it promotes almost as heavily as the food, and the lamb chops get named most often as the reason to go. The menu spans grilled meat, pizza and dessert under one roof, plus a café side that runs from mid-morning coffee to late dinner.

The interior, designed by a Biskra design studio for the opening, mixes wood and warm lighting rather than the plastic-chair look common to the city's fast-food spots. It's in El Alia, and the launch announcement, 'it's official,' set the tone for how hard the place has kept pushing since.
