Brisket smoked low and slow, first for Antigua

Brisket, homemade sausage and ribs, smoked low and slow instead of grilled. The Texas Smokehouse says it's the first place on Antigua doing barbecue this way, and it opened this spring inside the Jolly Harbour Pavilion.

The smoker took months to arrive, so the place ran a soft launch before locking in its lunch-through-dinner hours. Karaoke nights got added later, alongside the rest of the Pavilion's food stalls.

The food was delicious! The smash burgers are a must have! The food came quicker than I expected (small crowd but we love a quick chef🤣). The atmosphere is great for a chill afternoon or evening, even with kids. A great time was had.

Great casual spot in Jolly Harbour! I had the smash burger and potato salad and both were really good. The burger was juicy and full of flavour, and I loved the potato salad on the side. It’s a great little outdoor spot by the water with a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.

Pretty average. We had loaded potatoes with brisket. The potatoes were cold and brisket was ok to good but nothing special. Son had the full platter and was fairly mediocre. Maybe it was an off day but wouldn’t go back. Wife enjoyed her veggie nachos from next door

Serve time was quite quick with a super friendly staff collaborating with Los Cabriales. The atmosphere is kids friendly but be advised that some cigars smoking may occur.
