Argentine plates that put the product first

PAN stands for Platos Argentinos Nobles, and the name says it plain: the ingredient does the work, not the technique. Four people run it, Marisol, Diego and Santiago Álvarez, and Mauro Pellegrino.

It sits out on Acceso Sur at Boedo Camp, so budget a drive from the centre. Worth it if you want Argentine cooking without the fuss.
