Feel the waffle robe before you buy it, finally

Hommey built a following selling one thing online: a heavyweight waffle robe you couldn't touch before checkout. The Rundle Street shop fixes that, and it's the Melbourne brand's first store outside Victoria.

Stock stays narrow on purpose: robes, towels, bath mats, bed linen, a handful of accessories, all in the brand's muted pinks, greens and creams. It sits among the fashion boutiques on Rundle Street East, not in a mall, which fits a brand built on how things look in a photo.

Good to know

The robes and towels are the reason people come; the bed linen range is only fully stocked in store, not always online.
Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm.

This Adelaide homewear shop is fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind and the clothes and linens are of high quality. They have the softest pijamas and colourful towels.
