Seasonal cocktails next door to Canberra's Pilot
The cocktail list turns over with the seasons, same as the kitchen at Pilot next door. That's not a coincidence. The two share a site on a quiet Ainslie shopping row where there's almost nothing else around.
Come for a drink, or book ahead and eat too. Either way, it beats the strip mall setting suggests.
