Under's second site landed at The Stream on Dairy Road, a converted industrial shed in Fyshwick worth the drive out. Sourdough and pastry are the draw, and the good stuff doesn't last past early afternoon.
Barrio Coffee is right next door, so grab a coffee while you decide what to buy before it's gone.
