Sundowners on the Darwin Waterfront

Grab a table near the wave lagoon and watch the dry-season sky do its thing over a cold drink. Dock One is built for exactly this: warm evenings, water views, no rush.

Wet season empties it out and turns the mood quieter, almost local-only. Come dry season though, this is where you want to be at sunset.

This is a great spot but it would of been better is it was a bigger venue will more than 2 toilets for a busy environment. Wines and meals are highly priced for what are small portions. Hats off to the stuff who are friendly but are extremely busy, Which can make service slow, when waiting for a drink. Also been mindful parking can be very limited, so insure you leave time to park at peak times.

Great views, great service, a bit expensive but the view more than makes up for it. Steak was cooked perfectly rare, truffle mayo fries were very generous and the beer was cold. Did I mention the view? Will be back

Amazing everything! Wednesday lunchtime start of dry season, we asked some random questions about the food and the staff were super accommodating. If your not sure about what's on the menu just ask!

We attended for dinner on a Wednesday, Beautiful prime location, and superb for a sunset , seating could of been orientated better to maximise views for patrons. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Menu prices were good value, but sadly, our Cauliflower dish was very average, not fresh, an amateur attempt at a curry most could execute better at home with packet dried sultanas for garnish...thats a hard no! Mushrooms were okay, char on chiabata was absolutely perfect but only 1 very small piece. Overall great venue, chef needs to elevate their execution and presentation of food quality that leaves the kitchen to reflect its grand location. 7 /10 overall.

Such a great spot with amazing staff. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for food was the wine selection (sorry). I just wish there was a better selection but saying that, a good choice, just not my taste. Food is awesome and great flavours. A must if you are in Darwin.
