The Waterfront precinct sits a ten-minute walk from the city, through the Deckchair Cinema end. Book ahead during the dry season, tables go fast.

The food was very good. Service team were friendly. Took a little while to come back and take our order. Had a small mix up with our order, but it was fixed promptly. A number of the chairs had damaged backs, so you couldn't recline.

Perfect spot for our date night. Steak was delicious and mash was so smooth and yum. Tried my husband’s parmigiana and it was honestly the best/fanciest I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend!

The scotch fillet was the best steak I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavoursome. The mashed potato was nice & creamy. Highly recommend!

We recently had dinner at Beef & Bar and had a really great experience. We started with the chargrilled octopus for entrée, followed by the Portuguese chicken and a 500g rib eye steak cooked rare. The steak was cooked perfectly exactly as requested, tender and full of flavour, and the chicken was also absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were generous and very satisfying. The service staff were friendly, attentive, and always welcoming with a smile, which made the dining experience even better. We chose to dine inside and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quieter and more relaxed dinner setting, as the outside area can get a little noisy. The wine list was impressive with a great selection of quality wines to choose from. One thing to note is that steak sauces and sides are charged separately, but the overall quality of the food made it worthwhile. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the desserts this time, but we’ll definitely be back again soon.

One love drink was delicious. The Mac and cheese you can still taste the milky taste but also delicious nonetheless. Other food was good too. Service a bit slow on a surprisingly quiet Friday evening but it’s OK as the staff was acknowledgeable for it at the same time. The vibe outside was great though not too hot as staff offered the fan. Great job team!
