The martini specialist on Clarence Street

Herbs does one thing and does it obsessively: the martini. The menu runs through gin, vodka and vermouth ratios, plus a few drinks built on actual herbs, not just the name.

The room is tiny and fills fast with the Wynyard after-work crowd from 5:30pm. Get there early or wait for things to quiet down after eight.

The service was simply delightful, with attentive staff making us feel right at home. 🌟 The atmosphere was equally captivating, creating a cozy and inviting space to relax and enjoy our drinks. 🍹 I absolutely loved the unique cocktails; each one was a work of art! absolute amazing bar, spent 2hrs here but could have easily spent more if we didnt have dinner booked. the service was great from the moment we walked into the door. all of the staff are so lovely and the drinks are awesome! and the popcorn is UNREAL!

Such a great place. Friendly vibes, excellent service, love the mini Martinis (I can't drink much so I get more variety!) And the free popcorn is tasty. Oh and the mocktail was good, not just fancy juice! Highly recommended!

Favourite bar in the city. Beautiful ambience, delicious drinks and incredible staff! Have come here multiple times and am always amazed, especially appreciate the creativity of the specials and the amazing service of the staff. Favourite drinks are their dirty martinis, cosmos, and specials. Best popcorn of all the mucho venues in our opinion as well. Shoutout Cody who served us last night and made us feel very welcome. Cannot recommend Herbs enough!

A fabulous bar. Staff were brilliant. Super friendly and drinks were delicious too. Probably the best cocktails I’ve had in some time. Special shout out to Max (?), who was very skilled with our large group. A cool place to go without any pretentiousness. The popcorn was a hit too. 🌟
