Aalia's wine room, built for spice and smoke
Walk-ins only, no exceptions, so show up hungry and patient. Aalia opened this wine room next door to its Middle Eastern kitchen at 25 Martin Place, with smaller plates and a list picked for spice and smoke rather than steak.
The flatbread still comes out of next door's oven. Broadsheet named it one of Sydney's ten best new bars this year, and the crowd at the bar proves it.

Nice vibe, beautifully decked out. Extensive wine selection. The $35 dollar lunch menu was divine. Beautiful bread with dip & tasty rump cap steak. Service was amazing too. Highly recommend for a nice lunch spot in the city - something a bit special.
