The cocktail bar hiding above a snack bar

Find the unmarked staircase next to Emma's Snack Bar on Liberty Street and you're in. Nothing at street level hints at the room waiting upstairs.

Order food downstairs first, then head up. The bar itself is small, the list rotates often, and Liberty Street sits one block off Enmore Road, away from the foot traffic.
