Great location with a wonderful terrace offering panoramic views. The interior is a bit cramped and very busy, with a predominantly young crowd. The young, very friendly service and excellent cocktails are offered. The menu is concise. The food is outstanding, original, and full of flavor. We had the menu to share for two for €99. However, the portions were really quite small; essentially, one rather small portion is shared. We would have gladly paid a bit more for larger portions. Perhaps offering an upgrade option would be a good idea.

Skybar Marie. About two weeks ago, I made a reservation at Skybar Marie for Valentine's Day. The reservation was based on the menu I had seen online. I should mention that my wife and I don't eat everything, so a restaurant with a set menu isn't always ideal for us. However, as I said, the online menu helped us plan our visit and we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the evening before Valentine's Day, we received a phone call informing us that there would be a special Valentine's Day menu, but the staff couldn't explain what it would include. I asked them to email me the PDF, which they did without any problems. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were able to substitute one course with an item from the snack menu, which the friendly staff gladly accommodated. We were happy with the rest of the menu. I should point out that changing a menu the evening before a reservation can be problematic, as it's impossible to find a suitable table within 24 hours or less on busy days like this. It would be helpful to communicate this with more advance notice. Given these circumstances, we really enjoyed the meal overall. One final point I'd like to mention is that the restaurant charges for tap water; one would think that with such high prices, two carafes of tap water should be included free of charge. All in all... a cool location, albeit smaller than expected, very friendly and professional staff, excellent food, and the dessert was worth every penny.
