The south coast finally gets a real sushi counter

Sit at the live sushi bar and watch the rolls come together, or grab a table outside if the air conditioning feels like overkill. The menu goes well beyond sushi and sashimi into dim sum and Asian fusion plates that hold their own, from Scott Ames, the guy behind the island's Bento Box chain.

Before Saké landed on Hastings Main Road, a few doors from Bubba's Sports Bar on Accra Beach, the south coast only had sushi sections bolted onto other menus. This is the first place built around it, and it's been packed most nights since.
