Hotel Indigo's all-day dining room in Hastings

Compass runs the food operation for Hotel Indigo Bridgetown: buffet breakfast every morning from 7am, a la carte dinner most nights, and a Sunday buffet lunch that's started pulling in people who aren't even staying there.

The menu keeps things international with Caribbean touches instead of chasing a strict Bajan identity. That works fine for a hotel dining room five minutes' walk from the boardwalk restaurants it's now competing with for dinner covers.
