Cocktail Kitchen built its menu around two things Barbados does well: food and rum, under chef Damian Leach after his Taste of the Caribbean run. The flying fish tacos come up in every review as the dish to order, alongside a cocktail list that treats rum as seriously as the kitchen treats seafood.

It functions as both a proper dinner spot and a late bar depending on when you show up. Curbside pickup is available for food without the crowd.
