Cocktails and tapas on the Botermarkt, now all day
El Sueño moved into a much bigger space on the Botermarkt, taking over the old brasserie 't Vervolg and restaurant Notoir spots and merging them into one address. It's outgrown its original corner on the Fruitmarkt and Zuivelmarkt.
Cocktails, mocktails and tapas still anchor the menu, but the extra room means lunch and daytime coffee now run alongside the evening bar crowd, open from 11:30am. It's part of the same DVIK Hospitality Group push that brought De Dry Dragonders and Frituur Charlotte to the same stretch of the center.

It was very warm that day in Hasselt. We needed to find some shadow, a terrace and good drinks. This is one of the possible places 😅 Cocktails were excellent. We did not eat at the place: so, no rating.
