Grote Markt's wine bar, back from the dead
Everyone in Lier kept asking when Per Tutti would come back. It finally did in December 2024, on the same corner of the Grote Markt where it built its name before the pandemic shut it down.
The Italian-leaning room still does wine and aperitifs, now paired with a tapas-style menu built for sharing. Grab a table on the square and order a few plates to pass around, this place has already earned its second chance.

Where do I begin? Very nice wine bar, cozy terrace, extremely efficient and friendly service, delicious wines, homemade bice teas, cocktails and mocktails... and a wide selection of tapas... Per-Tutti has it all...

It is a very cozy wine bar. Very friendly staff. I really feel at home here. Super tasty tapas and pasta. It is also a clean place. You can certainly find tasty wines here as well. I have never tasted a bad wine here. The price is definitely reasonable. I will definitely be back!

We've already had several people serve us, and every single one of them was incredibly polite. We finally have a super nice bar on the Grote Markt in Lier again. An example for the rest. 👍🏼

Lovely place with great food and professional people. The cocktails are amazing and the vibes are fantastic thanks to the many live events they offer, I'd visit again!
