Caoba's tables sit slightly above the town center, catching a view down over San Ignacio that most Burns Avenue cafés don't have. Reviewers single out the torched coffee and a pastry case that changes daily.

Breakfast runs through the afternoon, then a shorter dinner service in the evening. It opened in December 2025 on Benque Viejo Road and quickly became one of the more talked-about new spots in town. Open Tuesday to Sunday.
