Olive Kitchen & Bar

Mediterranean food and organic wine in a town that had neither
Olive Kitchen & Bar sits on Paro's western edge in Kichu, doing something the town's Bhutanese, Indian and continental scene never has: house-made olive dips, fresh sourdough and a wine list built on organic, vegan-friendly imports from Australia. Watch it come together at the partly open kitchen.
It's a narrow niche for a small town, but resort guests and expats keep it busy enough to matter.

Delicious food and Great ambience! As a local, breakfast menus are quite limited here in Paro, so I was thrilled to try their breakfast spread and enjoyed every bit of it! Service is good and highly recommended!

AMAZING refuge from the bustle of downtown Paro. The ambience was top notch...aesthetically beautiful interior and nice jazz music in the background. The cappuccino was delicious as was the shakshuka. Fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. I needed a taste of home while in Paro and this hit the spot.
