Bhutan-grown coffee from the country's first roaster, on Kunzang Plaza

Karma Chime built Bhutan Mountain Coffee from imported beans into the country's own farms and roastery, and this Phuentsholing branch is the newest stop, tucked in the ChoeGo Building at Kunzang Plaza. Cupping events let you taste the difference between the farms it sources from.

There are cakes and light bites if you want them, but skip the pastries if you're only there for one thing. The espresso, made with beans grown in Bhutan, is the reason to stop in.

Good to know

• Ask about the cupping events if you're into specialty coffee.
• Cakes tend to sell out by late afternoon on weekends.
