Espresso named after Bolivian presidents in San Miguel

Order a coffee here and you get a piece of political history. El Parlamento names its espresso drinks after figures from Bolivian history, and a wall of Bolivian nonfiction backs up the theme.

Mornings on a weekday, it fills up as a co-working space. Some evenings it flips into a reservations-only event room, so check their Instagram before you swing by after dark.
