This is Quiero's concept store, a three-million-real build on Avenida das Hortênsias and the largest thing the chain has attempted. Worth the stop for the room alone, even if you have had the coffee at another branch.
It shifts from café to restaurant to bar through the day, so the crowd and the mood change with the hour.

The coffee from Cerrado Mineiro brewed in a French press was excellent. The service was great, the place was pleasant and clean. There was a lot of variety on the menu; I wanted to come back and try many things.

I've been to Quiero Café a few times, both in Gramado and Bento Gonçalves, and we've always received excellent service and the food has always been wonderful. However, today I went with my wife and son to the Gramado location. We were well attended to, but our orders weren't good. The Capelete soup was salty, and the potato and bacon soup seemed like mashed potatoes with added water. We didn't complain, we just didn't eat it. When we were leaving, the waiter asked what had happened, and she explained: I was already at the cashier to pay the bill when the waiter arrived and asked the cashier to remove the Capelete soup because it was salty. He charged me, I paid, but when I got home I realized he hadn't removed the soup from the bill. I was disappointed by the cashier's attitude. I've always enjoyed going there; I know my consumption won't make a difference to their revenue, but I won't be going back.

Beautiful, cozy place with excellent service. The menu is very varied, with diverse meal and drink options for all tastes. I already feel at home here, as I come whenever possible, whether for dinner or lunch. I want to give a special thank you to Alex and Augusto for their cordiality, attention, and friendliness as always. They make all the difference in the experience! I highly recommend it! 🙏🏻
