Rooftop cocktails with Vitosha mountain on the skyline

The one thing Business Park can't build: a clean, unobstructed view of Vitosha mountain from a rooftop above the new Crowne Plaza Sofia. The cocktails are made to be looked at first, paired with a light menu of delicate bites.

After-work crowds fill it early, then it shifts into private parties and corporate evenings. Sunset slots go fast, book them like a dinner reservation.

Sky Bonsai Bar was a great find. The atmosphere is really cool, the cocktails were excellent and the small bites went perfectly with the drinks. The staff were friendly and made the whole evening feel easy and enjoyable. Also I've been told they do private parties there - seems like the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday or something else.

Sky Bonsai Bar is a hidden gem. The cocktails were excellent, the bites were really tasty and the whole atmosphere was much better than the usual rooftop bars in the centre. One of the biggest pluses is the free onsite parking. The service was also noticeably better, with friendly staff who actually made the effort to look after you. Definitely worth making it your regular spot.

I had an amazing experience at the Sky Bonsai Bar. The cocktails were absolutely incredible—creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. I especially recommend trying one with Midori—it really stood out. The sushi platter was also a highlight. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and great variety—it’s definitely worth ordering if you’re sharing or just really hungry. What really made the experience even better was the staff—friendly, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. They gave great recommendations and made us feel well taken care of throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
