Slow-roasted cashews that taste like a Negroni

Sofia didn't have a nut bakery until this one showed up on Samokov Boulevard. Everything gets slow-roasted and seasoned in house, and the flavors go well beyond the usual salted mix: Negroni cashews, Spicy Margarita, BBQ, truffle.

The shelves also hold nut milks, tahini and a house coffee blend with nut notes, plus gift sets if you're not leaving empty-handed. On the Iztok retail strip, it's the one shop that smells like a reason to walk in.
