We celebrated a family birthday here and were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Every detail was impeccable, from the warm hospitality to the outstanding food and wine. To start, we enjoyed the Panacetta salad and the tuna tartare, perfectly paired with an exceptional white wine from Mt. Etna. For the main course, we chose the kalkan fish, which was expertly cleaned and prepared right in front of us - a wonderful experience in itself. We then shared the Iberico steak, accompanied by a superb Chassagne-Montrachet that elevated the meal even further. To finish, we indulged in the most incredible homemade ice cream and a rich chocolate-orange cheesecake. Without a doubt, these were some of the best desserts we’ve ever had. An unforgettable dining experience with flawless service, exquisite cuisine, and an incredible wine selection. We can’t wait to come back!

My mom and I had dinner here tonight. We are traveling through the Balkan’s on vacation and we’ve had so much great food over the past twelve days that our standards have been set very high. THE WAGYU BURGER MAY OF BEEN THE BEST BURGER I’VE EVER EATEN. The fusilli alla genovese pesto pasta I am going to dream about. It was DELICIOUS. My Italian grandfather would approve. Order both of them. Also the authentic sourdough bread was top notch. Over all a fantastic dining experience.

Steaks and Wine! Can’t go wrong with this one! The place is THE place to eat if you want a proper steak in the right setting. The chef personally came to out and talk to us about the plates and the journey. It feels very elegant and a classy place to be at. The rest of the food was equally amazing but for me as a steak fan… this is was on point! Definitely coming back! Thank you!

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Studio 63. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the elegant atmosphere, the warm ambiance, and the attention to every little detail. The entire staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive — truly perfect service from beginning to end. The steak was simply the best I have ever had in my life — perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. What impressed me even more was the incredible wine recommendation from our waiter. I could never have imagined such a perfect pairing. The wine complemented the steak so beautifully that it turned the whole dinner into a real culinary experience. And the dessert… absolutely amazing! Every bite was pure perfection. Studio 63 is not just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Exceptional food, outstanding service, beautiful atmosphere, and true professionalism. I highly recommend it and I can’t wait to come back again!

Service was excellent – very friendly staff, great conversations, and helpful wine recommendations. As for the food, it was a bit hit or miss. The panzanella salad variation was good, especially the cheese. However, the octopus carpaccio was very tough and difficult to chew. The vitello tonnato was disappointing, mainly because the sauce wasn’t good at all. The pasta frutti di mare was also not enjoyable – the mussels tasted bad, and we couldn’t finish the dish. For desserts, the tiramisu was very good. But the standout dish of the evening was definitely the chocolate cheesecake with orange – highly recommended! For those prices, not sure that it's good restaurant. I will give them another chance because the previous time the food was better...
